Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno arrested for DUI
Denver Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno was arrested on drunken driving charges in Denver last week, according to multiple media reports.
According to FOX31 in Denver, Moreno was pulled over while driving up to 70 mph in a Bentley convertible with personalized license plates that read “SAUCED.”
The area’s posted speed limit is usually 65 mph, but is currently at 45 mph because of construction, The Denver Post reported Monday.
According to the FOX31 report, the officer on the scene smelled alcohol and administered a roadside sobriety test, which Moreno performed poorly.
